The Tipping Point
As our teacher
said, The Tipping Point is a very important moment of change, whether it is in
our country or in our lives. For example, the day that we Dominicans became
independent from foreign powers (February 27, 1844) and another important date
(May 30, 1961), the day that the Dominican dictator Rafael Leonidas Trujillo
Molina was assassinated. Apart from this, we have to know that they are not only positive changes, they can also be
negative changes. In that case, we can also talk about the situation in which
our country (Dominican Republic) was involved after the hurricane San zenon, as
they tell me it was a very critical situation.
