Workplace Privacy
Workplace privacy refers to the space given to the employees that must be respected by their coworkers and their employers. The thing is that in the majority of workplaces, this privacy is not respected, since in order to presumptively protect their interests, employers disrespect workers privacy, and even colleagues sometimes touch their partners belongings without asking before.
I do not think security cameras need to be installed close to restrooms or that employers need to have access to employees’ personal emails, because that is personal and private, and that must be considered illegal.
Finally, privacy should be respected by employers and employees should satisfy their bosses expectations by doing an excellent and respectable work.
