The Internet and Other Addictions

Surfing on the internet has become an addiction in the last decades. It looks like being connected is vital for people. Many spend more time on the internet than they do with their family, friends or working. This situation preoccupies many people. All addictions can and should be treated by professionals. Therapy and support groups help a lot in the process of overcoming an addiction.
