Honesty is the best policy!

The proverb Honesty is the best policy means that we have to be honest and true in life even in bad situations. This proverb is said by the famous person Benjamin Franklin. He regarded honesty as the best tool for a  successful life. Honesty is the backbone of the successful relationships. Those who tell lies to their near and dear ones face bad situations in life.

Why honesty is always the best policy. Most of us use lies from time to time to avoid difficult situations and hide our feelings or intentions. You will feel better about yourself if you are honest and open. Others will be able to trust you and trust is the basis for all relationships.

It's  good to always be honest. The more honest you are, the more easy it is to trust. Not only will others trust you, but you can also feel more confident when trusting others. It's always good to pay it forward and develop good karma. That's much easier to do with honesty than it is to do with not being true or faithful.

 Honesty is so important.Honesty is not just about telling the truth. It's about being real with yourself and others about who you are, what you want and what you need to live your most authentic life. Honesty promotes openness, empowers us and enables us to develop consistency in how we present the facts

Nothing to Hide  As we finished covering the former unit titled Honesty is the Best Policy, a French movie named Nothing to Hide (Le Jeu) suddenly  came to my mind. The film’s plot involved a group of old friends who gathered one evening for a dinner party. Things soon got out of hand after they decide to play a game that consisted in surrendering their cellphones, and placing them in the center of the dinner table, so as to allow all of them equal access to each other’s incoming calls and messages as proof that none of them had nothing to “hide” or conceal from each other. As the game progressed many unexpected and shocking secrets began to emerge exposing their dishonest behavior, leaving them all in the midst of irreparable conflicts and chaos. There are many reasons why people lie, but all those reason end up wit the same goal: to get something in their favor.  We all have lied at a certain point in our life, to get a job, to convince someone of something, to run away with murder, and so on. The Tipping Point According to the Merriam Webster Dictionary, a tipping point is " the critical point in a situation, process, or system beyond which a significant and often unstoppable effect or change takes place ".
