Unit 3: The Bold and the Bashful.

1) Bashful = Shy/ Reserved/ Introvert/ Timid.
Example: He is bashful and always refuses to go out with his friends.
2) Bold= Friendly/ Outgoing/ Brave/ Extrovert.
Example: After drinking wine in the party, she got bold enough to kiss him.
3) Phobia= Terror/ Fear/ Horror.
Example: Her phobia about snakes is something out of her control; She definitely can't see a snake.
4) Adverse= Negative.
Example: She was only protecting you from adverse effects of taking that decision.

Example: People like to make Misattributions about others.
6) Aloof= Distant/ Reserved/ Unfriendly.
Example: The new student is aloof and does not talk to anyone in the class.
