Shyness is a state of mind that affects personal relationships. It is considered a behavioral guideline that limits the social development of those who experience it in their daily lives.

There are several kind of shyness, I mean, different kind of shy people, those who manage an environment where there are a lot of people, those people share with other but want to drop out of that situation, and others who are afraid of speaking or sharing with others, and prefer to be alone and out of view. People go are shy tend to be timid, reselved, quiet, silent, and reliable.

While  Someone who is outgoing has a tendency to socialize easily and excel in meetings, seeking to be the center of attention. People who are talkative tend to be easygoing, sociable, optimist, and active.
