Unit 6: Spiritual Renewal

Spiritual renewal refers to practices or intends to get closer to the divine practices including fasting, praying, meditating, among others. This is not a new practice, it has been among us during centuries. All religions seek spiritual renewal, but their motivations are not always the same. For example, in fasting, we find that some religions do it to get spiritual discipline (episcopalianism), some others to get away from materialism (judaism), and others do it do to preserve their ancient traditions.It does not matter the reason why we seek to be renewed spiritually, what matters is that we all have the internal need to seek it. The Tiping point

  The Tiping Point The term “tipping point” itself was popularised by journalist and author  Malcolm Gladwell  in his  book  of the same name, published in 2000.
