What is a Tipping Point?


     A tipping point is an event in a person's life or a country's history that causes irrevocable changes in it. Getting married, having your first kid, graduations, and buying your own house are examples of tipping points in a person's life. A country's independence is an example of a country's tipping point. Can you think of any tipping point in your life?

Spiritual renewal refers to practices or intends to get closer to the divine practices including fasting, praying, meditating, among others. This is not a new practice, it has been among us during centuries. All religions seek spiritual renewal, but their motivations are not always the same. For example, in fasting, we find that some religions do it to get spiritual discipline (episcopalianism), some others to get away from materialism (judaism), and others do it do to preserve their ancient traditions.It does not matter the reason why we seek to be renewed spiritually, what matters is that we all have the internal need to seek it.
