                                                                                     These days, unlike other addictions to chemical substances, such as alcohol or other drugs, Internet addiction is not socially rejected, the Internet is necessary to function in everyday life and, therefore, abstinence cannot be marked as a therapeutic goal in addicted people.

Spiritual renewal refers to practices or intends to get closer to the divine practices including fasting, praying, meditating, among others. This is not a new practice, it has been among us during centuries. All religions seek spiritual renewal, but their motivations are not always the same. The Tiping point

  The Tiping Point The term “tipping point” itself was popularised by journalist and author  Malcolm Gladwell  in his  book  of the same name, published in 2000.
